What this site is

An information site for an online tutoring practice, and a way to request a free trial class. Sending the booking form is a request, not a booking: nothing is confirmed until we have spoken and you have agreed to a specific arrangement.

Service delivery

All tutoring is delivered online, over video. We do not offer in-home or in-person tutoring, and we do not visit homes or schools. Lessons are scheduled in the student's local Time (UTC+4) by agreement.

Booking, cancellation and payment

• Lessons are booked individually or as a recurring weekly slot, by agreement.
• Rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice is free.
• Cancelling inside 24 hours is charged, because the slot was held and cannot be refilled. Illness and genuine emergencies are treated as such.
• We do not sell prepaid lesson packages. Lessons are billed monthly in arrears against what was actually taught.
• Prices are published on the pricing page. If they change, existing students are given notice before the change applies to them.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise to teach the syllabus your child is actually entered for, to set and mark work between lessons, and to tell you honestly what we think is happening, including when that is uncomfortable.

We do not promise a grade. Nobody honestly can. Outcomes depend on the student’s starting point, the work they do between sessions, their school, and how much time is left. Anyone guaranteeing you a specific result is selling you something other than teaching.

Content on this site

Syllabus information here is summarised from the awarding body’s published specifications and linked back to its source. We keep it current, but the awarding body’s own document is always authoritative. Check it before making a decision that matters, and tell us if you spot a discrepancy.

We do not host past papers or other awarding-body materials. Those are the copyright of the organisations that produce them and should be obtained from them or through your school.

Guides and articles on this site are general information, not professional, legal or regulatory advice.

Regulatory position

We teach online from outside the UAE. We do not hold a UAE private tutoring permit or an education licence, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use the booking form to send automated, abusive or commercial bulk messages. Submissions are rate-limited, and we will block addresses that abuse it.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always reachable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, as distinct from the tutoring service you contract with us for.
