Why this exists

There is a gap in almost every international school that nobody quite owns. Classes are large, timetables are tight, and subjects are frequently taught by capable teachers whose specialism is something adjacent. Most students survive that arrangement for a year or two.

The trouble arrives when the exam asks for something specific: a definition in the exact words a mark scheme wants, an argued judgement rather than a balanced summary, an algorithm written cold on paper. Those are trainable skills, and they are rarely trained. A student who knows the content and has never been taught the technique experiences that as being bad at the subject, which is both wrong and expensive.

How we work

This is a managed practice, not a marketplace. You tell us the subject, the level and what is actually going wrong. We then find the specialist who fits that and introduce them, and you meet them before any money changes hands.

That has a consequence we are comfortable with: sometimes we say no. If a student needs a subject we do not teach well, or if the real problem is not academic, we will say so before we book a trial class rather than take the booking and hope.

Why there are no reviews on this site

Because we have not verified any yet, and publishing unverified ones is the easiest thing in the world to do. Review widgets are cheap, testimonials are unfalsifiable, and a wall of five-star quotes costs nothing to assemble.

When we have three reviews from real families who agree to be quoted, they will appear here with their context intact: subject, level, and what actually changed. Until then this page is short a section, and we would rather it looked thin than looked invented.

In the meantime, the thing you can actually check is the teaching. There are worked answers to real exam questions on this site, free to read, written the way we would explain them in a lesson. That is a fairer sample of what you would be paying for than any testimonial.

What we will not do

• Invent people. No fabricated tutor profiles, no stock photos presented as staff, no invented credentials.
• Publish testimonials we cannot verify. If a review ever appears here, it happened.
• Quote statistics we cannot show you. No success percentages, no student numbers, no grade-improvement averages.
• Promise a named tutor before one is assigned. You will be told who, once there is a who, not reassured that someone suitable exists.

These are easy commitments to write down and slightly awkward ones to keep, which is roughly the point. A tutoring site is a trust document. The moment any of it is decorative, none of it means anything.

Where we are, and what that means

We teach online from the United Kingdom, to students across the Gulf, the UK and the United States. We do not offer in-home or in-person tutoring, and we do not hold a UAE tutoring permit or education licence: the UAE’s private tuition permit framework applies to individuals tutoring within the country, and we would rather state our position plainly than leave it implied.
